Why The Future Delivered Exists
The idea for The Future Delivered came from a pattern I’ve seen repeatedly over the course of my career.
While working across healthcare technology, consulting, and enterprise environments, I watched innovation accelerate fastest at the top of the market. Large organizations had access to talent, tooling, and advisors. Smaller and midsized organizations were told the same changes were inevitable — but were rarely given guidance designed for their reality.
I saw this most clearly in healthcare, where community and rural hospitals were often left behind not because they lacked ambition, but because the solutions and playbooks being offered were built for much larger systems.
Today, the same dynamic is playing out with AI.
Small and midsized businesses are being told that AI is becoming table stakes. But much of the advice, tooling, and hype surrounding AI assumes enterprise scale, budgets, and tolerance for missteps that simply don’t exist for most organizations.

The firm is led by Wes Cronkite, a technology and innovation executive with more than two decades of experience across consulting, healthcare services, healthcare technology, and enterprise IT.
Wes has held senior leadership roles at organizations ranging from global consulting firms to public and private healthcare companies, including serving as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at TruBridge, a public company focused on supporting community and rural hospitals.
That experience shapes how The Future Delivered approaches AI today — with an emphasis on practicality, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
